Megan Lach - Associate Attorney
I grew up in Colleyville, Texas, a suburb in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas where I majored in Business Marketing and minored in Business Spanish. I then obtained my Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas where I graduated cum laude in 2021.
During law school, I worked as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge John R. Scott in Bentonville, Arkansas and as a law clerk for the Arkansas Attorney General’s office in the Civil Department. While studying as a student attorney in the Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic at the University of Arkansas School of Law, I assisted with representing low-income clients with their Federal Tort Claims Act and breach of contract cases. I have also worked in a private practice law firm as a general practice law clerk where I assisted with family law, criminal law, and general litigation cases. These experiences sharpened the skills I use when working on behalf of my clients and have greatly shaped who I am today as an attorney.
As an attorney at the Law Offices of David Powell, my practice areas include Domestic Relations and Civil Litigation. I am passionate about representing my clients through their entire legal dispute and aggressively advocating for each of them in the courtroom. I believe that great attorneys never lose sight of their client’s goals, emotional needs, and aspirations while proposing solutions to often complex issues.
I’m grateful to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in my field and look forward to seeing how we can help you meet the future with confidence.
