Adam Rose - Associate Attorney
I grew up in Plano, Texas where I spent much of my youth playing travel hockey, Varsity hockey for my high school, and playing trumpet in the high school band. I graduated from Plano East Senior High then attended the University of Arkansas where I double majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology and double minored in Legal Studies and Theatre. I was a member of the Delta Theta Phi honor society and served as its Vice President. I then went on to get my master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Arkansas, where I specifically studied human trafficking and profiling.
I then attended the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock and was an active leader in the law school as a Dean’s Fellow, Dean’s Advisory Board Member, and an award-winning Trial Team member. I graduated law school and then was admitted to practice law in Arkansas in 2020.
I began my career as a prosecutor in Collin County, TX which gave me a unique perspective on how to practice criminal law. I then moved back to Arkansas and began to practice as a Defense Attorney in Fort Smith. I have taken on several diverse cases in criminal law, personal injury law, family law, and contracts. I love what I do and I can promise that I will always be the hardest worker in the room. Along with David, we are both devoted to helping you obtain the best possible outcome to your legal matters. I will always communicate with you, work with you, and promise you that I will be the best representation you will find.
